A new technical center ADG Solutions is establishing in the Atlanta area will support customers of the company’s portfolio of recycling and compounding equipment. Sandy Guthrie, president of ADG Solutions, says the 10,000-square-foot facility in Tucker, Ga., will open Nov. 1.
The center will provide technical support and spare parts for equipment supplied by ADG Solutions. Remanufacturing services to enhance the condition and performance of existing recycling equipment also will be available.
Besides being the exclusive North American agent for compounding and recycling equipment from Davis-Standard, ADG Solutions, based in Fairfield, Conn., is the exclusive importer for three Italian product ranges: screen changers from Fimic, washing and separation systems from Tecnofer and pelletizers from Filtec. The Atlanta facility will adapt these imported machines for use in North America, ADG says.
“ADG Solutions has assembled a portfolio of complementary equipment systems that enable us to engineer complete production lines for the reclamation of plastics—even highly contaminated feedstocks,” Guthrie says. “Our next step is the opening of the Atlanta facility to support all of our customers, whether we have supplied them with stand-alone machines or equipped them with turnkey recycling operations.”
