“Tim Ferrick and his team have built a phenomenal organization,” says Walter H. Singer, ACTenviro president and founder. “We couldn’t be prouder to welcome them to the ACT family. We look forward to harnessing the power of our combined capabilities to bring ACT’s uncompromising service quality to even more customers across the Pacific Northwest.”
Singer says WasteWatch’s focus on providing economical options for recycling, reuse or disposal aligns with ACTenviro’s mission to be a “forward-thinking, professional organization with family values and customer commitment.”
WasteWatch’s operations will be integrated into ACTenviro’s existing Portland, Oregon-area branch, which is located in Clackamas and is managed by Keith Munnerlyn.
Pasquale Paduano, ACTenviro vice president of operations, says “The synergies created by this acquisition will allow us to serve the growing demand for ACT’s services in this region without impacting our existing customers. In fact, the additional professional personnel and equipment that will be coming over from WasteWatch will make us even more of the single source provider we strive to be.”
Singer adds, “The more I learned about WasteWatch, the more they reminded me of ACTenviro. Thanks to this week’s deal, the two are now one and the same.”

The agency operates a recycling plant in a facility originally designed to bale incoming materials. More recently, the building has undergone significant transformations centered around one machine: a SENNEBOGEN telehandler (telescopic handler).
WasteWatch provides waste management and transportation services, with a focus on recycling and reuse, for all types of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) waste materials, universal waste and nonhazardous special waste.
