ACTenviro, Sunnyvale, California, has announced its acquisition of WasteWatch Inc., a waste management and transportation services company based in Troutdale, Oregon. WasteWatch has served the Pacific Northwest, Idaho and Utah since 1996.

Singer says WasteWatch’s focus on providing economical options for recycling, reuse or disposal aligns with ACTenviro’s mission to be a “forward-thinking, professional organization with family values and customer commitment.”
WasteWatch’s operations will be integrated into ACTenviro’s existing Portland, Oregon-area branch, which is located in Clackamas and is managed by Keith Munnerlyn.
Pasquale Paduano, ACTenviro vice president of operations, says “The synergies created by this acquisition will allow us to serve the growing demand for ACT’s services in this region without impacting our existing customers. In fact, the additional professional personnel and equipment that will be coming over from WasteWatch will make us even more of the single source provider we strive to be.”
