Accurate Recycling Buys Bollegraaf Baler

Accurate Recycling Corp., Landsdowne, Pa., has recently purchased a Bollegraaf HBC 120 baler with an extra-wide feed hopper, Bollegraaf’s newly designed 6-inch HBT 1200/2000 series chain conveyor and B.I.O.S. (Bollegraaf Information Operating System) to process OCC and high-grade paper. 

The Bollegraaf HBC 120 is the most recent addition to the Bollegraaf baler line. Stamford, Conn.-based Van Dyk Baler Corp. is the exclusive distributor of Bollegraaf balers in North and Latin America. According to a press release from Van Dyk, the HBC 120 produces “very dense bales of 30 inches by 45 inches like the HBC 100F but with pressure similar to the HBC 180 baler.” The baler also features the Bollegraaf’s pre-press flap.

To process larger items, Accurate Recycling has added an extra-wide feed hopper to its HBC 120 baler, which enables bulky items to be compacted without jamming in the hopper, according to Van Dyk.
