Wilmington, North Carolina-based software developer 21st Century Programming has reported enhancements to its Recycling Operations Manager (ROM) software.
The update includes integration with Microsoft Power BI, which the company says will provide recycling businesses with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
“At 21st Century Programming, our commitment to our customers is unwavering,” 21st Century Programming President Dave Kane says. “We are thrilled to introduce this transformative integration of ROM with Microsoft Power BI, taking another giant leap in our mission to continually evolve and best serve our valued clients. This integration reflects our dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions that empower recycling businesses.”
The integration with Microsoft Power BI equips ROM users with advanced data analysis and visualization capabilities, 21st Century Programming says. Key features include customizable dashboards, detailed drill downs from customer and item perspectives and the ability to analyze various operational aspects.
“The feedback from our customers regarding the new ROM and Power BI integration has been overwhelmingly positive,” says Philip Rafle, sales manager at 21st Century Programming. “It's a testament to the growing demand in the industry for sophisticated tools that drive operational efficiency and decision-making. We're proud to be at the forefront of meeting these needs.”
