21st. Century Programming announces two new licensing agreements of its Recycling Operations Manager flagship software.
“Both installations are very exciting in different ways,” said George Kane company co-founder, “Adelanto will be our first secondary smelter and Tri-State Iron & Metal will be our first installation east of the Rocky Mountains.”
According to Kane, “Times have been tough in the scrap market, but companies buy software for one reason and that is to improve efficiencies. The only question is do you try and improve when times are tough or do you wait until times are good? Both Adelanto Aluminum and Tri-State Iron recognize that when the markets turn around they will be prepared for unparalleled strength and competitiveness.”
Adelanto Aluminum, located in Adelanto, Calif., will be 21st. Century Programming’s first installation at a secondary aluminum smelter. Installation is scheduled for early next month.
Installation at the Tri-State Iron & MetalCo., Texarkana, Ark., is scheduled for early July. Tri-State Iron & Metal is a full service scrap processing facility handling both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Tri-State will implement 21st. Century Programming’s “Point of Scale” recycling software to handle all of their purchases and sales. In addition the company plans to implement ROM’s bar code based inventory system.
21st. Century Programmingprovides custom software solutions to the Recycling and Waste Industries. The Recycling Operations Manager software can run any sized Recycling or Scrap facility, MRF or curbside operations and is fully CRV compliant.
