The Newark Group, a Cranford, N.J.-based company involved in processing and recycling recovered fiber, has been named by the 2012 American Business Awards as a finalist for its “Best Overall Company of the Year.”
More than 3,000 entries were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. Winners will be announced June 18, 2012.
“As we celebrate our 100th anniversary and commit to leadership, innovation and growth, we are particularly excited to have been selected for this honor,” says Frank Papa, president and CEO of The Newark Group. “It’s rewarding to know that even a 100-year-old company can be seen as youthful, energetic and capable of making a difference.”
