“Todd played a key role in pioneering Leadpoint’s embedded, onsite supervision model, helping drive operational efficiency and promoting strong, collaborative customer relationships. His leadership was vital in shaping the company’s workforce management approach in the waste and recycling industry,” says Mike Huycke, Leadpoint’s vice president of business development.
Leadpoint’s outsourced model promises to remove labor complexities associated with recruiting, training, onboarding and supervising employees, freeing up its customers’ time and resources.
