Leadpoint restructures Recycling Operations Team

The Phoenix-based labor solutions company has promoted several employees to the team.

Leadpoint, Phoenix, has restructured its Recycling Operations Support Team.  

The company says this team is geared toward streamlining operations at material recycling facilities, plastic recycling facilities and polymer site startups, ensuring site compliance and nurturing customer relationships.  

Other responsibilities include implementing Leadpoint’s work team model and training managers and contingent workforce coordinators while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).  

Promoted to director of operations support, Ched Bebber joined Leadpoint in 2018 and has held multiple leadership roles, including workforce optimization team leader, east region director of operations and east region director of sales. As director of operations support, Bebber will oversee operations support for United States recycling locations.   

All previously onsite managers, James Hamner, Jeffrey Bailey, Andre Robinson and Michael Nunez have been named operations support managers. In their new roles, Leadpoint says they will leverage their onsite experience to align customer expectations with operational demands to enhance support and efficiency.    

Hamner’s transition to operations support manager will be in a full-time capacity. Bailey, Robinson and Nunez will continue as onsite managers when not engaged in operational support assignments.   

“They need not only a deep understanding of recycling operations but also the ability to analyze data, identify root causes of poor performance and strategize sustainable corrective actions,” Bebber says of the skillset required by the operations support managers. “This team’s strength lies in its collective capacity, with each member contributing unique expertise that allows us to effectively resolve the challenges we encounter.”
