Fenix Parent LLC, operating as Hurst, Texas-based Fenix Parts, a recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive parts, has acquired San Antonio-based Assured Auto Parts.
Fenix Parts says this move supports its efforts to grow its presence in Texas and says it will be enhancing its offerings.
