The staff members of SDB are already thinking about summer, but not because we’ve spent most of January and February buried in snow here in Ohio. (OK, so maybe we are doing a little day dreaming about warm days filled with sunshine as we head out to scrape snow and ice off of our cars amid the chill of a Polar Vortex.) Beginning in June, we plan to launch a Summer School series, giving commercial records and information management (RIM) industry professionals the opportunity to brush up on some important topics from the comfort of their offices and without the expense of travel. SDB’s Summer School, which will be in session June, July and August, is a webinar series that will feature speakers on three distinct topics:
These once-per-month webinars will be roughly 90 minutes in length and will feature topic-area experts. The sessions will conclude with a moderated question and answer period, allowing attendees to interact with our speakers and one another. Details also will be announced through our social media sites on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn; just look for the hashtag #SDBSummerSchool. While we think the topics, speakers and convenience of a webinar format are incentive enough to sign up for Summer School, we’re also offering a special package price for those individuals who sign up for all three events.
