PHS Datashred, based in Kent, U.K., has announced the acquisition of Shred Easy, a Trafford Park, U.K., company with £5 million (US$8.133 million) in annual revenue.
PHS Datashred says it acquired Shred Easy, which operates six locations, to strengthen its business in the Manchester, U.K., area. With the acquisition, the company now has 14 document destruction facilities throughout U.K.
