1. Palazzani PL 185 wheeled loader

Italy-based Palazzani is offering the PL 185 wheeled loader, which offers these features, the company says:

2. Siltbuster wet waste separation system

Siltbuster, based in the United Kingdom, has introduced the Gritbuster WT-250, a larger version of its material washing, separation and aggregate recovery system, offering these features:

  • for the road sweeping and trommel fines waste recycling markets
  • capable of handling more than 25 tonnes of material per hour
  • can separate materials into washed gravel and sand products
  • screw feed auger for handling both dry and wet feedstocks
  • integral hydraulic density separator is used to separate coarse aggregate from plastic, sticks and other debris
  • compact design allows for integration with existing processes

3. SwissRTec delamination milling machine

New from SwissRTec International of Switzerland is the CCRM20RT delamination mill, offering these features:

  • 80-inch rotor diameter, 21-ton weight and 840 horsepower drive
  • high capacity mill designed to liberate and mill preshredded metals for simplified downstream separation
  • rugged enough to process auto shredder residue

4. Vecoplan V-Eco shredders

Vecoplan of Germany has introduced the V-Eco line of shredders, which the company says offers these features:

  • Vecoplan VFD inverter drives to eliminate gearboxes and fluid couplings, sense tramp metal and stop automatically and match rotor speeds and torque to load volume and material tenacity
  • “W” rotors embedded in five rows of cutters are suitable for flexible, fibrous, rigid and bulky materials
  • optimized cutting geometry for processing precision, particle size consistency, maximum throughput and minimised heat generation
  • single or double rows of bed knives to increase shred surface area
  • drop-down carriage with pneumatic assist for screen changes
