Resource Exchange of America Corp. has entered into an equal partnership with Florida-based Paw Materials Inc. to sell ferrous scrap.
According to an SEC filing, Resource Exchange has agreed to provide the enterprise resource planning system software, all financing machines and software, as well as find buyer and negotiate sale pricing for all ferrous products that PAW will separate and store as defined by the ERP software. The gross profits shall be split equally between the Company and Paw Materials.
