Franklin Miller Taskmaster TM8516i

The TM8516i shredder from Franklin Miller, Livingston, N.J., features low-speed, high-torque, counter-rotating cutters that shear and shred a variety of material, from wood to plastics to documents. Other features include:

 CS T500 Plastics Granulators

AS Plastics Washing, Drying System.

The DRD drying and cleaning system from MAS was introduced during the NPE 2009 event in Chicago in June. MAS (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau Schulz GmbH of Austria) says its system "is a well-proven alternative to water washing plants for plastic recycling." Features include:

Cleaning that is carried out by the DRD (Double Rotor Disc) technology

Suitable for LLDPE stretch film, bale-wrap film, PP-non-woven, PP-big bags and fishing net

Operates at approximately 50 percent of the cost of a conventional washing system

Can be installed behind a conventional washing process as a dryer
