Dings Overhead Magnet

Dings Magnetic Group has introduced an overhead magnetic separator developed for the mobile crusher market.

The super strength rare earth and ceramic permanent separator magnet:

  • Uses a patented combination of ceramic and rare earth permanent magnets to offer superior strength without the need for power supply and rectifier.
  • The new design offers equipment manufacturers and end users increased magnetic separation ability previously considered unattainable without a power supply.

    Bobcat Compact Excavator

    The 322 D-Series compact excavator from Bobcat offers the ability to accomplish several tasks at job sites with limited space available:

  • The 322 D-Series undercarriage retracts and expands, from 53 inches to 39 inches, to fit through narrower openings.
  • A simplified hydraulic circuit with improved hydraulic line routing creates a bucket breakout force of more than 3,400 pounds.
  • Attachments such as the Bobcat Cutter Crusher can allow operators to cut through concrete and cut round steel, rebar, wire mesh and I-beams embedded within concrete.

    FLECO Demolition Grapple

    FLECO Attachments has introduced a new heavy-duty demolition grapple.

    The grapple features TI steel teeth aligned with five T1 steel tines

  • A reinforced solid box design is billed as an improvement over hollow box designs
  • A four-bolt flanged hinge maintains the linkage of the grapple for easier and faster installation times
  • The grapple is available in three sizes ranging from 25,000 pounds to 100,000 pounds.

    Meriam Instruments Miniguage

    The Meriam Instrument 3800 Digital Pressure Gauge is a digital electronic pressure gauge that features an isolated sensor.

    The isolated stainless steel sensor allows the gauge to be compatible with a number of process fluids that would be corrosive to non-isolated sensors

  • Simplified design results in extended service life of the gauge and allows higher pressure operation than more delicate sensors
  • The 3800 Minigauge features a pressure range of up to 10,000 psi at an accuracy of plus or minus 1% of full scale.

    Farwick Hurricane Screener

    The Hurricane is a secondary screening unit manufactured by Farwick in Germany and marketed in North America by Norton Environmental Equipment.

  • The Hurricane uses a combination of vibration, pressure fans and suction to eliminate contaminants such as film plastic, foils and paper from compost and soils.
  • A head pulley magnet can be fitted to remove ferrous metals and a stone trap conveyor to remove stones and other heavy materials.
  • The mobile unit, which has a throughput of 55 cubic yards per hour, can be transported without permits.Shred-Pax AZ-7 ShredderThe Model AZ-7 shredding machine from Shred-Pax Inc. can be used to reduce items made from a number of materials.• The machine is billed as being ideal for metal turnings, stampings, aluminum trim, steel panels and springs, and automotive components as well as plastic lenses and other plastic parts, and polyurethane foam and rubber padding• The quiet operation generally means that no special foundations or soundproofing are required.
