Gascoyne Joins OmniSource Staff
Danny Gascoyne has joined OmniSource Corp., Fort Wayne, Ind., as vice president, nonferrous marketing. In this role, he is responsible for nonferrous scrap marketing activities, including sales and purchasing, with the exception of stainless and alloys.
Gascoyne has more than 30 years of scrap metal experience, including positions with Amax Copper Inc., Commercial Metals Co., Frank H. Nott Inc., Industrial Recycling Services, Simsmetal and, for the past five years, as CEO of William Reisner Corp., Clinton, Mass.
He has also served on the boards of directors and several committees of ISRI and its two predecessor organizations, NARI and ISIS.
OmniSource Corp. is one of North America’s leading metal recycling companies, with annual sales of $2.5 billion generated from the sale of 6 million tons of ferrous scrap and 900 million pounds of nonferrous metals annually.
Badger Shredding Introduces New Director of Sales
Badger Shredding Products Inc., Sturgeon Bay Wis., has named Steven Stoker director of sales. He joins Badger with more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the aggregate crushing and screening equipment industry.
Stoker’s background includes sales territory management with several large well-known crushing and screening manufacturing companies.
His responsibilities with Badger Shredding include managing the sales and marketing efforts of Badger Shredding Products to the aggregate, demolition, solid waste and recycling industries. His main concentration for the immediate future is on establishing a strong national dealer network to sell and provide customer service for the products manufactured by the Badger Shredding.
