Amity Metals Intl. LLC of Charlotte, N.C., has added Charles N. Myers as a trader.
Myers formerly owned and operated Myers Brothers Inc. scrap facilities in Greensboro, N.C. He sold the company in 2001.
Myers works out of a Greensboro office.
MACHINEX
Christian Lapointe has been appointed director of sales and marketing at Machinex Industries Inc., Plessisville, Quebec.
Prior to joining Machinex, Lapointe was vice president of sales and marketing at Quebec-based Labrie Ltd.
Machinex makes recycling and processing equipment for municipal solid waste and C&D material.
