The aluminum rolling and beverage can producer Novelis Inc. has launched its completely redesigned website. The company says that the website, www.novelis.com, presents a unified view of the company’s worldwide operations, as well as the markets it serves.
“The new site is a manifestation of ‘One Novelis,’ an enterprise effort to operate as one globally integrated company,” says Kim Adler, Novelis’ vice president of communications and government affairs. “This is the first phase of many changes we are making to reflect our exciting brand attributes and improve the online experience with stakeholders including customers, investors, prospective employees, media and industry leaders.”
Novelis says the new site provides detailed information on the use of aluminum in an array of high-end applications, including packaging, architecture, automotive, lithography, consumer electronics and industrial applications. Expanded information on innovations within the rolled aluminum manufacturing process and new product applications also is included in the newly designed site.
The site also highlights Novelis’ sustainability efforts, including Novelis’ efforts in the area of aluminum recycling, environmental performance and community relations.
The site was launched initially in English and will be available in German, Portuguese and Korean by May 2011.
