NAPCOR relocates headquarters

Association moves to Charlotte, North Carolina, where its new executive director is located.

The National Association for PET Container Resources (NAPCOR) has announced that it has moved its headquarters to Charlotte, North Carolina, effective May 1.

This change coincides Darrel Collier’s appointment as NAPCOR’s new executive director. Collier, who is in the Charlotte area, replaces outgoing Executive Director Rick Moore, who retired in April after serving the organization for five years.

“Charlotte is a natural fit for NAPCOR as it is within close proximity to many of our members,” says Collier. “Having access to an international airport such as Charlotte Douglas provides ease of access across the North American regions we support.”

The association’s new address in Charlotte is 3440 Toringdon Way, Suite 205.

Founded in 1987, NAPCOR is the trade association for the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic packaging industry in the United States, Canada and Mexico. NAPCOR is dedicated to promoting the PET package, to overcoming hurdles to the successful recycling of PET and to communicating the attributes of the PET container as a sustainable package.
