How Will You Spend Your Summer Vacation?
NAID gears up for two historic launches.
What are your plans for summer vacation? Wherever you go, it might help you relax a little more to know there will be no time for summer vacations here at NAID. We’re gonna be a little busy:
Professional Accreditation—In July, NAID will publish a complete list of educational resources that will serve as the basis for the industry’s first professional accreditation program. That way, when the testing starts next January, industry participants will be able to verify their level of competency. As we all know, nothing attracts new customers like the personal confidence you get from being considered an expert.
Creating the NAID Insurance Company—By summer’s end, a member-owned and member-run NAID insurance company will be helping members address their clients’ growing indemnification requirements related to new regulations. It is an ambitious plan, but when successful, members will be controlling their own risks and setting their own premiums.
So, enjoy your summer vacation. Take some items from the NAID reading list to the beach and don’t forget the sunscreen. When you get back, NAID will have everything ready and waiting for you.
