Moore & Associates Introduces New Paper Recycling Services

Moore & Associates introduces a new recovered paper consulting service, $mart$upply. The service is designed as a methodology to aid mills in obtaining recovered fiber at the lowest delivered costs. The initial program use has been with recycle newsprint mills sourcing old newspaper.

William Moore, president of Moore & Associates, explains that the service's techniques can be used to obtain additional supplies of under-recovered grades. The program uses the full range of Moore & Associates' skills, including detailed market research, various strategies to encourage generators to divert more recovered paper, and collectors and processors to handle the materials in the most efficient manner.

$mart$upply joins Moore's other consulting programs: $martBuy, optimizing mill procurement; and Fore$ight, statistical regression price forecasting.
