The Supervisory Board assigned responsibility for the departments Finance and Steel and Metal Recycling to CEO Dr Axel Schweitzer.
Roland Stroese will continue to hold responsibility for the Services and Raw Materials Trading segments for the company.
Interseroh also announced that Dr. Markus Guthoff has been appointed head of the Corporate Function for Banking, Treasury, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Guthoff has been consulting Interseroh-Group for several months.
