InstaShred Security Services, the nation's leading provider of document destruction services reached an agreement to acquire the assets of AllShred Certified Document Destruction. The acquisition, which marks InstaShred's first in California, will bring their plant-based destruction services to San Diego, the 5th major U.S. market that they have entered with a fixed plant in the last six months.
"The acquisition of AllShred will enable us to take advantage of the efficiencies that exist in our business with a denser customer base. This, in turn, will allow us to continue to embrace new technologies to bring even greater service, security and value to our customer base, both in California and the United States," said Russell Poore, InstaShred president.
