Bob Miller, formerly president of Iron Mountain Asia/Pacific and president and COO of Iron Mountain’s North American operations; Vlad Vasak, who served most recently as president of Iron Mountain’s Confidential Destruction business; and Ross Engelman, formerly president of Iron Mountain Latin America, have formed Villanova, Pa.-based K-2 Partners, a new mergers and acquisitions firm for the records and information management (RIM) industry. The partners have more than 60 years of industry management experience and more than 80 years of management experience in service-based business-to-business environments.
The company’s executive team has transacted more than 150 buy, sell and equity joint-venture transactions in the document and information management industry across five continents, ranging from single-city $250,000 deals to a multi-national $1 billion transaction, according to a press release.
