Cleveland-based Andrews Software Inc. (ASI), a provider of software solutions to the records and information management (RIM) industry, will host its semi-annual ASI Users Seminar in Cleveland Sept. 14 to 15, 2010.


Cleveland-based Andrews Software Inc. (ASI), a provider of software solutions to the records and information management (RIM) industry, will host its semi-annual ASI Users Seminar in Cleveland Sept. 14 to 15, 2010.

This year’s conference, titled “The Building Blocks of Good Business,” is geared toward companies whose focus is achieving excellence through technology and industry insight, according to ASI.

The event features two tracks: “Records Centers” on Tuesday and “Shredding” on Wednesday. Attendees will hear from key RIM industry leaders, such as PRISM International Executive Director Jim Booth, who will speak on regulations; sales guru Ray Barry, who will talk about networking and referrals; and Brian Jungeberg of The Oswald Cos., who will address the topic of privacy liability and RIM businesses. Also speaking will be Tim Goodwin of The DataCenter and Joe Incarnato of Metropolitan Archives.

ASI’s software-specific content includes sessions demonstrating business solutions incorporating wireless functionality, two-way communication and route logistics.
