BEZNER FORMS NORTH AMERICAN DISTRIBUTOR

Bezner Maschinen GmbH, a maker of solid waste and recyclables processing equipment based in Ravensburg, Germany, has formed Bezner America LLC, New York, as its exclusive North American distributor.

Bezner bucket screens, knuckle screens and inclined sorters  have been used in North America for more than ten years, according to company officials. “The trend created by the new single-stream Bezner MRF in Phoenix, Ariz., was made possible with Bezner’s patented incline sorters and knuckle screens,” says Wolfgang Stehle, sales manager of Bezner Maschinen. “We expect to continue selling complete systems as well as single machines,” he adds.

The company’s bucket screen product will be aimed at the C&D debris recycling market. “We expect to have great success selling C&D processing systems featuring the bucket screen,” says Werner Burgbacher, manager of Bezner America. “These patented machines are extremely durable, reliable, impossible to clog and are ideal for screening C&D wastes,” he adds.

One of Bezner America’s goals will be to establish a dealer network throughout North America.

The Trellsquare wear protection system consists of easily attached modules of rubber, polyurethane or ceramics that can form a protective lining against wear within for chutes, hoppers, transfer points and other places subjected to wear.

Trellsquare rubber modules are recommended for impact areas such as the feed end of a feeder, while ceramic modules are better suited for where sliding wear occurs, such as the discharge end of feeders. The polyurethane modules are available in different hardnesses and thicknesses and can also be installed to protect against sliding wear.
