Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations recognized as a great workplace

This is the third consecutive year the ITAD company has been recognized.

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations Inc., Onalaska, Wisconsin, has been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work, San Francisco. For the third consecutive year, Dynamic says it earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its team members in anonymous surveys.

“We’re very proud that Dynamic has continued to strengthen our culture throughout the 12 years since our inception,” says Curt Greeno, president, Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations. “Everything we do is driven by our six core values: integrity, humility, service, excellence through innovation, self-discipline and fun; and that consistent foundation is what fosters a culture that makes Dynamic a truly great place to work.”

“We’re honored to receive this award for a third year in a row because it demonstrates the strong cultural foundation our core values have built,” says Alicia Suessmith, Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations vice president of people operations. “Our team members live these values every day, which allows Dynamic to continue to attract and engage the industry’s top talent. Knowing that 90 percent of our team members feel that Dynamic is a great place to work is a testament to our exceptional culture.”

Ninety-three percent of the company’s team members who responded to the survey say they are proud to tell others they work at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, 94 percent say they feel good about how the organization contributes to the community and 95 percent say they are made to feel welcome when joining the company.

Additionally, at least 95 percent of the survey respondents say Dynamic’s team members are treated fairly regardless of race or sexual orientation, and 92 percent say they are treated as a full team member at the company, regardless of their position.

Dynamic says it offers team members comprehensive benefits, including company-sponsored health care, dental, vision and life insurance for employees and their dependents; paid time off to ensure work-life balance; and 401(K) with company match. The company says it also provides distinctive benefits that showcase its mission to improve the lives of team members and their families, such as profit sharing; team member-appreciation programs; involvement in corporate committees; career planning, professional development and continuing education opportunities; a blessing box to support team members in need; a fitness center; and a game room.

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations’ team members completed 293 surveys, resulting in a 92 percent response rate, the company says
