Field Group PLC, the European specialty-packaging subsidiary of Chesapeake Corp., plans to acquire the Scottish folding carton business of SCA Packaging. This business, based in Pollokshaws, Glasgow, Scotland, was acquired by SCA from Rexam last February.
Closing of the sale is expected in the first quarter of 2000.
