Bace, a Komar company and a leading global equipment manufacturer and national service provider for the recycling and waste industry, has hired Robert Doerr as its used equipment and parts manager.
“Rob’s entrepreneurial spirit coupled with his outstanding track record of selling and problem solving within our industry made him a natural fit for this position,” Bace Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development Gregory J. Leon says. “His drive and determination will accentuate our mission to provide world-class customer service during every interaction with Bace.”
Leon says Doerr has impressed customers with his ability to “think outside the box."
Doerr will serve as a contact for Charlotte, North Carolina-based Bace’s distributors and installation and service partners in the U.S. and around the world.

Bace is a manufacturer of heavy-duty balers, compactors and a national equipment service provider for the recycling and waste management industry.
