Italy-based Amut Group has acquired Dolci & Bielloni, a manufacturer of printing and slitting rewinding machines, blown and cast lines for different multilayer films (stretch, silage, barrier, technical, medical, diapers, polypropylene and masking), coating and laminating lines, also based in Italy.
“Taking over Dolci & Bielloni company is a brilliant success for the future of Amut Group: Together we boost our leading role in the international scenario,” says Mauro Drappo, CEO of Amut Group.
He adds, “We constantly work to be considered by our customers as a sole partner, being able to offer the most complete range of machines for the plastics extrusion, thermoforming and recycling field.”
Dolci Bielloni, now operating as Amut Dolci Bielloni, represents the fusion between two companies with backgrounds in plastic extrusion, according to Amut Group, which produces equipment for rigid products.
