Alpla Inc., a privately held $3 billion manufacturer of plastic packaging solutions headquartered in Austria, has purchased an 83,485 square-foot industrial property in St. Peters, Mo. The company is involved in manufacturing plastics products for a range of consumer products. It has 128 manufacturing facilities in 37 countries.
The company plans on investing between $12-16 million on the facility. The company, which will start with hiring between 50-100 employees, plans on growing its business in Missouri to around 150 employees and invest $25 million.
