Weyerhaeuser Co. named Mark Starnes vice president, Recycling Business. He replaces Mike Jackson, who was named vice president, uncoated freesheet in July 2000. Starnes was formerly vice president of Composite Products for Weyerhaeuser's Pulp Business.
