Weyerhaeuser Co. announced the amalgamation of its wholly owned indirect Canadian subsidiaries, Weyerhaeuser Company Limited, Weyerhaeuser Canada Ltd. and Green Forest Lumber Limited under the name Weyerhaeuser Company Limited. The two Weyerhaeuser companies operating in Saskatchewan, Weyerhaeuser Saskatchewan Ltd. and Saskfor MacMillan Limited, will continue as wholly-owned subsidiaries of Weyerhaeuser.
