Weyerhaeuser Co. and EDS announced a
seven-year information technology outsourcing contract to provide Weyerhaeuser
information technology infrastructure services.
EDS will assume a range of responsibilities,
including network, desktop, server and mainframe management, and helpdesk
services. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
