Western Pacific Pulp and Paper, Downey, Calif., announced the addition of Michael Murray as vice president/general manager for Northern California Operations. Murray had been previously employed by Instashred Security Services and Paper Recovery of Northern California.
His office will be located at Western Pacific’s newest recovered fiber plant in Newark, California.
