Waste Connections, Inc. reported
fourth quarter revenue of $82.8 million, a 36.2 percent increase from the fourth
quarter of 1999.
Operating income for the quarter
increased by 53 percent to $21.6 million.
Revenue for the full year of
2000 was $304.4 million, a 65.2% increase over revenue of $184.2 million in
1999. Operating income for the year increased 88.3% to $77.2 million, or 25.4%
of revenues, from $41.0 million in 1999.
