Dong Guan Nine Dragons
Industries Co. Ltd, has added two Thermo Black Clawson XTREME and XX-Clone
cleaning systems to their 1100 T/D AOCC system.
The AOCC system, originally
supplied by Valmet, will have improved efficiency and the ability to remove wax
and light contaminants with the addition of the
XTREME/XX-Clone
systems. One cleaning system will
process 411 MT/D Long
Fiber OCC, the other will
process 400 MT/D Short Fiber OCC.
Thermo Black Clawson's XTREME
Cleaners employ the latest reverse cleaning technology to remove lightweight
debris from all types of pulp and paper stock.
Coupled with the advanced design through-flow cleaner in the tailing
position, the XX-Clone, only two stages are needed to minimize fiber loss and
maximize removal efficiency.
