SP Recycling Corp. promoted two managers of its recovered fiber management group. John Lucini has been promoted to vice president, Pacific Region. He will be responsible for managing the overall fiber supply for SP’s Newberg, Ore., newsprint mill, as well as overseeing the SP’s recycling center, currently under development in the Portland area.
The company also promoted Stan Chesson to vice president of operations, Southeast Region. He will be responsible for managing all the recycling facilities that supply fiber to the company’s Dublin, Ga., mill. SP Recycling operates 23 divisions in seven southeastern states.
