Sonoco Products
announced the sale of its Capseals business to ITW Ltd., a subsidiary of
Illinois Tool Works. Capseals, located in Slough, England, manufactures
materials for bottle caps supplied as disks or tape using paperboard,
films, expanded plastic foam and foils.
