Rock-Tenn Co. opened a new assembly plant in Martinsville, Va. which will provide display assembly and contract packaging services for retail merchandising programs. The plant, scheduled to begin production the first of next month, will support Rock-Tenn’s point-of-purchase display manufacturing plant in Winston-Salem, NC.
The 100,000-sq ft, facility is the sixth assembly plant opened by the Alliance Group, the retail-merchandising unit of Rock-Tenn’s Corrugated Packaging and Display Division.
