Rock-Tenn Company announced that Jay Shuster, president and CEO, is leaving Rock-Tenn after a 21 year career at the company.
Rock-Tenn also appointed Steven Voorhees as executive vice president and CFO, succeeding David Nicholson who resigned his position.
Robert McIntosh, vice president and general counsel, is promoted to senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, and is named to the management committee.
