transition from a private corporation to a public company.
The company is an integrated multi-faceted
recycling and waste management business, ready to address a broad range of
recyclable materials, including glass, plastic, paper, cardboard, metals and
particularly organic wastes.
Through its subsidiaries, Planet Earth can build
and support recycling, waste handling and environmental facilities. The company's
master license enables it to own and operate state-of-the-art Thermo Master plants
in Canada and California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii and Iowa.
The company operates through its subsidiary
Planet Earth Operating Services Inc. and conducts most of its business through
four subsidiary companies under Planet Earth Operating.
