Packaging Corporation of America announced the purchase of Sunbelt Packaging Services, Tucson, Ariz., a privately owned corrugated box manufacturer.
The newly acquired facility will be incorporated into PCA’s Western Area, which currently operates plants in California, Utah, Texas and Arizona. The transaction was completed June 1.
