Old Dominion Box Co. announced that a corporate restructuring will result in the phase out of production at two plants in its setup box division. The closing of its Greenville, S.C., and Little Rock, Ark., facilities by Sept. 1 will consolidate all setup box production into the two remaining setup box plants in Bristol and Madison Heights, Va. These closings will be effected over several weeks in order to ensure no interruption in shipments to customers.
