Norampac Inc. purchased 20 percent of the shares of Durakit Shelters, a manufacturer of corrugated carton fiberboard houses.
Norampac, in cooperation with Durakit, has developed a
special triple- wall corrugated fiberboard, which maximizes the use of recycled
fibers while offering optimum strength resistance to fire, weather and impact.
Norampac will supply Durakit with the custom fiberboards for the manufacturing
of the new concept houses.
