Sonoco Products elected Jim Bowen senior vice president -- global paper operations. Sonoco also Ronald Holley senior vice president -- global industry products.
Bowen will be responsible for the company's paper operations worldwide. Holley will be responsible for the company's global engineered carriers business.
Sonoco Products also elected Larry Gantt a corporate officer.
Fort James Corp. named Lyle Bays to the newly created position of director of product performance for the Communications Papers Business.
PaperExchange.com announced that Sharon Rice has joined the company as vice president of marketing. Rice will bring a new focus to the PaperExchange marketing department and will play a key role in the continued growth and development of the company's global marketing program and corporate branding.
