Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A. de C.V., Monterrey, Mexico, reports that its subsidiary FEMSA Empaques, S.A. de C.V., concluded the sale of its subsidiary Corrugados Tehuacan, S.A. de C.V., a manufacturer of corrugated boxes, to Willamette Industries, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Willamette Industries Inc.
FEMSA is Mexico's largest beverage company with exports to the USA, Canada, and selected countries in Latin America, Europe, and the Far East.
