The Mead Corporation announced that William Plummer has been appointed president of the Gilbert Paper division, Menasha, Wis. Plummer served as vice president of Strategy and Planning since 1998. Timothy McLevish, Mead's chief financial officer, will handle management of the department on an interim basis.
