Liberty Diversified and Bicknell & Fuller have reached a final agreement for the purchase of the assets of Bicknell & Fuller's Corrugated Packaging Division by Liberty Diversified Industries. The company will continue to operate under the name Bicknell & Fuller Corrugated Packaging.
LDI operates corrugated packaging facilities in Golden Valley and Bloomington, Minn., Fort Worth, Texas, and Lenaxa, Kansas. The group also includes Liberty Paper, a 100 percent recycled linerboard mill in Becker, Minn.
LDI also formed a joint venture with The Standard Group to purchase the assets and operate what was previously Bicknell & Fuller's folding Carton Division. The company operates facilities in Jackson Heights, N.Y., and Louisville, Ky.
