Kruger Inc. completed the purchase of two converting
machines and the modernization of an existing converting machine at the Scott Paper
Ltd., plant in Hull, Que. The cost of the project was $10.9 million.
The new equipment, as well as the rebuild, will
allow the mill to increase its production capacity by 10 percent. The Hull mill
manufactures 70,000 metric tons of tissue a year. The new equipment also will improve
